Broccoli Greens, Collard Greens, or Kale Chips Recipes

#1 Chili Lime Greens Chips (Recipe)

Ingredients –
12-14 Greens (kale, broccoli greens, collards, etc)
2T olive or coconut oil
1/2t chili powder
1/2t kosher salt
1t lime juice

Wash and dry greens completely, remove main spine and tear into pieces about 1.5”. Preheat oven to 275F. Mix oil, juice, and seasoning well in a small bowl. Pour oil mix over the greens, and gently stir until each leaf is lightly oiled. Place greens pieces on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in oven. Bake 10-15min, until lightly crisp.

#2 Simply Greens Chips (Recipe)

2T olive or coconut oil
1/2-1t Texas Two-Step seasoning
1/2t kosher salt

Wash and dry greens completely, remove main spine and tear into pieces about 1.5”. Preheat oven to 275F. Mix oil, juice, and seasoning well in a small bowl. Pour oil mix over the greens, and gently stir until each leaf is lightly oiled. Place greens pieces on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in oven. Bake 10-15min, until lightly crisp.
